Fixed or replaced
If an eligible appliance breaks down, we arrange a repair through our UK network — and where the item cannot reasonably be repaired, replacement is available in line with your plan Terms & Conditions.

Our in-house customer-service team is based in the United Kingdom. When you call or email us, you speak to a real person from Domestic Home Services Limited — never an offshore call centre.

We’re here to help
You can book a repair online in minutes — head to the Book a Repair section, pick your appliance, and we’ll match you with the best engineer in our network. You don’t need to be an existing customer.
Your plan number is on your welcome letter and any correspondence we’ve sent you. If you can’t find it, log in to My Account or contact our team and we’ll retrieve it using your postcode and surname.
Getting a quote takes under two minutes. Choose your plan type and (for appliance plans) tell us how many appliances you want to include — we'll show you the monthly and annual price.
If a covered appliance cannot reasonably be repaired, we may arrange a replacement of a similar specification, subject to the limits and conditions in your plan Terms & Conditions.
We accept payments by Direct Bank Transfer only. This protects your personal and financial information and reduces the risk of fraud. Full bank details are on your invoice.
